COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have any worries or concerns about school, please talk to the class teacher or Headteacher straight away so that the difficulty can be resolved as soon as possible.

Children are only able to benefit fully from school if they feel happy and secure and what may seem a minor problem to an adult may be very unsettling to a child.

If you wish to take up a complaint with the Governing Body or Local Education Authority, a copy of the Governors' Complaint Procedure is available from the Headteacher.
